Pilgrim Communications envelops the concept of a safe working environment through excellent leadership, extensive documentation, hands on training, and remaining vigilant on and off of the work site. Pilgrimà³¡fety habits have been developed through our working relationships established with Bechtel and have been adhered to every day forth since then.
- All employees are required to obtain and maintain current First Aid/ CPR cards, attend monthly safety meetings, complete daily á©¬gate meetings? and turn in all safety reports upon completion of the project.
- Tower climbing personnel attend and complete Gravitec tower safety and rescue certifications. Tower crews are required to know how to assess, document, and implement tower safety and fall protection work plans as they pertain to each individual site.
- Crew leads attend RF safety courses and have access to radiation monitors and suits
- Every vehicle is required to maintain a copy of the company safety plan and MSDS as well as keeping a serviceable tower safety kit, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, PPE, and daily safety forms.
